1️⃣ Campaign & Engagement Marketing
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (email, push notifications, in-app messaging) to improve customer onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Optimize the customer journey, ensuring smooth onboarding flows and re-engagement strategies for inactive users.
• Run A/B tests and analyze performance to improve campaign effectiveness.
2️⃣ Product Messaging & Education
• Develop clear, compelling messaging for new and existing products.
• Continuously update and improve the Help Center, FAQs, and in-app educational content to ensure users can easily understand how to use Fido.
• Work with customer support to identify common pain points and create self-serve product guides to reduce support tickets.
3️⃣ Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution
• Plan and launch new product features and updates, ensuring all teams (marketing, sales, and customer support) are aligned.
• Create product explainer content (landing pages, blog posts, app store descriptions) that clearly communicate how Fido’s products work.
• Equip the sales and support teams with the right product marketing assets (one-pagers, FAQs, demo videos).
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience to help us drive product adoption, engagement, and retention through clear messaging, targeted campaigns, and customer education.
This role is a mix of strategy and execution, where you’ll work closely with product, growth, and customer support teams to ensure customers understand and use our financial products effectively.

Who you are
✔ 3+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or consumer apps).
✔ Strong storytelling & communication skills – ability to turn complex financial products into simple, engaging messaging.
✔ Hands-on experience with email marketing, push notifications, and lifecycle marketing tools.
✔ Experience managing customer education content (Help Center, FAQs, how-to guides).
✔ Data-driven mindset – comfortable using analytics & insights to optimize campaigns.
✔ Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
✔ Experience with A/B testing, CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Iterable, HubSpot), and performance tracking is a plus.
