Role Purpose

Acquire and onboard new customers (L0s) by providing education, assistance, and direct engagement in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard eligible new customers in assigned zones.
• Complete KYC and educate customers on loan terms, repayment process, and Fido App/USSD usage.
• Remind customers before due dates (D-10 to D-1).
• Support community activities and marketing campaigns.
• Report field insights and customer feedback.
• Escalate early arrears to the Supervisor.

KPIs / Success Measures

• L0 acquisitions per week/month.
• Customer activation rate (% completing onboarding).
• On-time repayment rate of onboarded customers.
• Conversion of repeat borrowers.

• Certificate or diploma in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
• Experience in field sales, mobile money, or FMCG preferred.
• Must own a smartphone and be fluent in English and one local language.
