Downloading your MTN Mobile Money statement:

1. Download the MTN MoMo App, if you haven't already from the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Log into the app using your mobile money number and PIN.
3. Locate the "Transactions" section within the app. 
4. Look for an option titled "Get Statement" or "Statement Download."
5. Select 60+ days of transactions
6. Choose Download PDF or Email on “How would you like to receive the statement”
7. Confirm and download 
8. You should find your statement in your downloads folder

Extract and download your Airtel Money statement:

1. Dial *185*10*3#
2. Enter the email address you use actively
3. Input 'From Date' and 'To Date', making sure you select a range of at least 30 days / 1 month from the current date
4. Enter your Airtel Money PIN
5. Check your email in 15 minutes for the statement and download it to your downloads folder.
6. You can also visit any Airtel Shop near you to request for your statement.
