When do I receive my reward?

Your first UGX 4,000 is credited once your friend's loan is disbursed. The second UGX 16,000 arrives when they repay their loan in full and on time. Both payments are automatic — no need to follow up.

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

You can refer up to 10 people. Every successful referral earns you UGX 20,000. The more you share, the more you earn.

Does my friend need to be a new Fido user?

Yes, your friend must be a new Fido customer who signs up using your referral link. Existing users don't qualify for the referral reward.

Where can I find my referral link?

Open the Fido app, scroll to the Share & Earn Money banner at the bottom of the home page, and tap on it to copy your unique link. Share it anywhere — WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook, or any other channel you prefer.

How do I qualify to be a referrer?

You have to have taken and repaid a minimum of 2 loans before you can refer your friends and earn rewards.
